    What did Felix do to Oscar in the "Odd Couple"? I think he kept him on his side of the half. If I had to live with slob I would make him be a slob in his area only. LOL.

    Over the years, I find that charging a small fine of a $100.00 a day for slobbery is fair, especially if you have to clean it up.
